A family-run property management company based on Canyon Road, looking after fifteen homes and the people who love them.
Where it began
Lucia grew up helping her grandparents host relatives in an old adobe house near the Plaza. In 2011, after years in hospitality and local real estate, she began managing one friend's guest casita during Indian Market week.
That first summer led to a second home, then a third. Lucia's brother Mateo now oversees maintenance, her daughter Elena writes many of the guest guides, and a small circle of local cleaners keeps the homes ready between stays.
How we host
A vacation rental should feel lived-in enough to have warmth and organized enough that guests never have to hunt for the basics. Every home has clear arrival notes, labeled systems, local recommendations, and supplies chosen for real trips.
For owners, we focus on preventative care and direct communication. Santa Fe homes have quirks, from old plaster to winter freeze concerns, and those details need a local eye.
